Almotamar.net - The field committee emerging from the Ministerial Higher Committee for determining damage and reconstruction of Saada governorate, chaired by Minister of the Local Administration Abdulqader Hillal on Wednesday approved in its meeting the setting up of a main committee at the level of the governorate and ad hoc committees in the districts.

In its meeting on Wednesday the Higher Committee specified tasks of the main committee of the governorate and the branch committees in the districts in the way enabling them determining the damage in public and private property resulted from confronting the sedition in the affected areas along with drawing up a plan for the reconstruction of the infrastructures, and public services like schools and hospitals.

The committee also defined the tasks of the technical team of the main committee and teams of the sub-committees.

In the meeting the Minister Hillal said the reconstruction operation in Saada has already begun and stressed the necessity that the technical committees should commit to the programme prepared by the fund and accuracy in evaluation.
