President Ali Abdullah Saleh made a phone call on Monday with the king of Saudi Arabia Abdullah bin Abdul-Aziz in which he congratulated him on Eid al-Fitr.

President wished further progress and posterity for the Saudi people.

The two leaders also discussed recent developments at regional and international arenas.

On the other hand, the president Saleh made similar call with the Saudi crown prince Sultan bin Abdul-Aziz.

President Saleh renewed on Monday support of Yemen for unity, security and stability of Sudan.

In a phone call, the Sudanese President Umar Hassan Ahmad al-Bashir congratulated president Saleh on Eid al-Fitr.

The two leaders also exchanged viewpoints over issues that concern Arab and Islamic nation and mutual cooperation between the two countries.

The President made a phone call on Monday with the Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa al-Thani.

In the phone, president Saleh exchanged congratulations with the Emir of Qatar on Eid al-Fitr and discussed bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries.

They also discussed current situation in the Arab region and challenges facing the Arab nation as well as issues of common concern.

President Saleh made a phone call on Monday to President of Djibouti Ismail Omar Guelleh congratulating him on Eid al-Fitr.

The two presidents discussed mutual cooperation between the two countries and developments in the regional and international arena.

Meanwhile President Ali Abdullah Saleh received on Monday cables of congratulations on Eid al-Fitr from Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, king of Bahrain HAMAD Bin Isa Al-Khalifa, Jordanian King Abdullah II, Egyptian President Mohammed Hosni Mubarak, Syrian President Bashar al-Asad, Tunisian President Zine El Abidine ben Ali.
