In his comment on remarks of the JMP bloc on the parliament session of 18 of last August renowned of the swear of Bafadl the head of the GPC parliamentary bloc accused the JMP's bloc of committing lies and falsifying facts as well as confusion between the moral and ethical responsibility and the propaganda conduct. Al-Barakani refuted with figures and documents and signatures of MPs the JMP allegations concerning t the number of present MPs in that session, advising them to seek consultation of the men of law if they do not know.

He also refuted the JMP MPs allegations on formation of elections committees.

Al-Barakani clarified that issuing successive statements by the JMP under various names on not participating in the electoral committees as a kind of hysteria affecting the JMP. He added that the JMP bloc does completely not understand the constitution and the law and unable to comprehend the legislative process and that it has been raised on falsifying the facts and committing lies.

Al-Barakani also clarified that the number of MPs attending the session of the 18th of last August amounted to 227, among them 27 members from the JMP.

On the other hand al-Barakani pointed out that all projects of the JMP failed in the ballot boxers and will of the voters after they were dreaming during the presidential and local elections that "drums" will be struck and raise them to the presidential palace but they were disappointed. He has also wondered why the JMP did not discuss reasons of their failure in 2006 elections up until today.
