Almotamar Net - Islah-socialist By: almotamar.net - ADEN-- Joint Meeting Parties (JMP) are witnessing differences in a way that would demolish their joint list by means of which they would compete in the September local elections.
According to field reports, the discussion between the Yemeni Socialist Party (YSP) and Islah Party has reached an impasse, for they haven't agreed on who would be the candidate of Sirah district in Aden governorate. As the YSP selected Wafa as its female candidate in the Sirah district, the Islah Party rejected the idea as it seeks to take exclusive possession of the Sirah seat and rejects any female candidates.

The YSP has left many electoral seats for the Islah Party, which exploits its allies.
The YSP wouldn't submit the Sirah seat to the Islah Party, said YSP Secretary-General, Yassin Saeed Noman. "The Islah Party ideology is based on supremacy, demolishing any hope for understanding. At least the General People's Congress is more merciful." he noted.
