Almotamar.net - In an unprecedented disclosure published by Annas newspaper in its electronic site yesterday it has quoted excerpts of a letter ascribed to the head of the GPC Thought, Culture and Information Office. The letter contained an ordinary monitoring of activities of the competing parties especially in such current circumstances of elections. In the letter which the Annas paper considered as an �intelligence document� there is a suggestion of a state of confusion experienced by the GPC with regard to the upcoming presidential and local elections and watching of activities of the Joint Meeting Parties (GPC) activities and its ways for running the elections.

The �document� also disclosed activities of the JMP such as its leaders holding direct contacts with the public n the constituencies continuously aiming at fomenting the people and the most important things submitted at those meetings are the unemployment, corruption, stealing the public property, plundering oil wealth and price reforms, which are termed as doses, as the site of nas press published yesterday.
The newspaper has not forgotten to put a date and number on the document that it mentioned was addressed to the GPC branches in the governorates. The document mentions that the leaderships of the JMP use offending and indecent words in their addresses and quite outside the democratic manner and the constructive criticism. They intensify holding public festivals and secret meetings, spread rumors and propaganda among the ranks of the GPC members, aiming at igniting seditions and deepening differences. Their aim is also to take advantage of issues in escalating them for party reasons as well as deepening disputes among tribes affiliate of the GPC.
The newspaper also said the letter mentioned some measures under preparation to be used by the JMP during the elections. According to the letter the JMP is intent to have an armed gathering at the local constituencies through using militias, carrying out tearing pictures and posters as a provocation paving the way for instigating seditions in addition to staging demonstrations in many districts. The goal is to confuse the security guards stationed around the polling centers and a coordination between the JMP and armed groups at polling centers in Ibb, Dhalie, Thamar and Taiz and those armed groups would act once they are given instructions.
In addition, the letter contained information on activities the JMP is expected to carry out in the upcoming elections. Among those activities is the attempt to win influential personalities with concentration on the woman sector as well as holding collective wedding parties changing them into propaganda festivals in favor of parties of the JMP and offering assistance to farmers. And according to the letter, the JMP is to carry out activities among the poor by distribution of food stuffs to win their support and spending sums of money as loans, exploiting in this regard the financial situation of those citizens.
