Almotamar.net - Deputy Foreign Minister Dr Ali Muthana Hassan affirmed Yemen commitment o maintain its partnership with the international community in the war on terror, which threatens world security and stability.

Dr Hassan clarified, in his meeting on Tuesday a number of Asian and African countries ambassadors to Yemen, the objective of these meetings is discussion of security measures on securing safety of diplomats and diplomatic missions and coordination between diplomatic missions and security authorities in the manner contributing to enhance the security precautionary measures for facing any possible dangers.

On his part the Interior Undersecretary for security sector General Mohammed al-Qawsy stressed that terror has no race and no homeland and necessitates for its stop the enhancement of cooperation by all.

Al-Qawsy pointed out that that the security measures taken by his ministry are coinciding with different political, social and religious measures, all of which lead to confront this evil phenomenon to the human community.

The ambassadors affirmed that this step would strengthen climates of security and safety of embassies of their countries as well as enhancing their diplomatic performance. The ambassadors praised the efforts mad by the Yemeni Foreign and Interior Ministries to inform them on the security steps and precautionary measures aimed to provide convenient climate for doing their diplomatic duty.

Both of Yemeni Deputy Foreign Minister and the Interior Undersecretary on Monday held a meeting with Arab ambassadors to Yemen and discussed the security measures regarding providing safety of diplomatic missions and diplomats accredited to the Yemen Republic.
