almotamar.net - Yemeni governorates are to witness on Thursday massive people’s demonstrations organised by branches of the General People’s Congress GPC, mass organizations and trade unions in celebration of the success of the stage of revising and amending voter records in Yemen , concluded Tuesday.

Sources told almotamar.net the massive marches that would take to the streets in all governorates of Yemen come in affirmation of qualitative awareness displayed by the citizens in their interaction with the first stage for the upcoming parliamentary elections, i.e. that of revising and amending voter records.

The sources assed that the demonstrations are to raise slogans expressing rejection of all forms of political corruption and attempts for hampering elections made by the \joint \meeting Parties. The demonstrations are to confirm necessity of holding the upcoming parliamentary elections on their fixed time and rejection of any attempts for postponement.
