Almotamar.net - Commander of U.S. Marines Forces Central Command General Samuel Heller has praised the successes that Yemen has achieved in combating terror, expressing willingness of his country for the enhancement of the existing security cooperation of the two countries.

Those remarks of the US General came on sidelines of talks geld Monday by the General and his accompanying American military delegation with Yemeni security and military commanders.

The talks held by the American delegation, attended by the American ambassador to Yemen Stephen Seche, and the Yemeni Minister of Interior Rahad al-Masri focused on areas of security cooperation of Yemen and the US and ways of enhancing and developing it , especially in fighting terror.

Meanwhile, Yemen�s Chief of General Staff General Ahmed Ali al-Ashwal held discussions with the US marines Commander the Central Command, fields of military cooperation and ways of developing and enhancing them particularly in relation with Coast Guard, combating terror and sea piracy.
