Almotamar.net - Office of the World Bank WB in Yemen stated Tuesday it would organize a number of consultative meetings on 11-18 of this month. The meetings are to discuss the new proposal for partnership between the International Development Association IDA and the International Foundation Commission IFC within a frame of the WB support strategy for Yemen over the period 2010-2013.

Among the participants are a number of civil society organizations, representatives for international development institutions, the private and public sectors and official in concerned ministries in addition to representatives for youth and media sector.

The consultative meetings come in context of the process of preparing for the new strategy on basis of broader participation of different parties and for providing opportunity for exchange of viewpoints, along with taking into consideration the lessons learnt from the previous strategy of support. The meetings will be held in Sana�a and Aden.
