Almotamar.net - Yemen has Saturday expressed its concern over continuation of Ethiopian migrants influx into its territories which are already burdened with the problem of Somalia refugees whose numbers approaches 800 thousand migrants.

The Yemeni Interior ministry said it has directed security authorities in the coastal provinces to close the sea areas to the Ethiopian migration into the Yemeni territories and to take all necessary measures to stop the wave of that migration that Yemen is incapable to face or bear.

According to the Security Information Centre of the Interior Ministry security authorities have arrested 101 Ethiopian migrants who arrived at Abyan governorate coast on Friday and seized 14 others in the area of Ras al-A�areh n the governorate of Taiz that makes the number of Ethiopians caught by security apparatuses in one day amounts to 115 persons.

On the other hand the number of Ethiopian migrants that infiltrated into the Yemeni territories during the last month reached to about 300 migrants while it is expected that by the end of this month their number would amount to more than 500, according to estimates of security authorities in the coastal provinces.
