Almotamar.net - The sector of information at the General people’s Congress GPC has on Sunday mourned the Yemeni journalist Adel al-A’asam who passed away at the Armed Forces Hospital in Egypt on Sunday due to a grave medical mistake at one of the medical centres in Egypt that caused his death.

A statement issued today by the GPC Information Sector considered death of al-A’asam, who was recently appointed Director of the Yemeni Information Centre in Cairo, as a loss of on of the prominent sport journalistic and media writers in Yemen, demanding the Yemeni embassy in Cairo to file a lawsuit against those who were the cause of his death.

The statement also expressed great condolences to sons and family of the late al-A’asam on passing away. It was earlier today announced about al-A’asam death at the Armed Forces Hospital in Egypt.
