Almotamar.net - A security source has affirmed Monday that files of 44 persons from the Houthi elements of terror and rebellion who were arrested in Saada province were referred to the general prosecution to complete measures of sending them to court.

The source said those form the first group from 127 terrorist elements who were caught in Saada for committing terrorist and sabotage acts, blocking roads, killing innocent citizens and aggression on their honour as well as displacing them and plundering and demolition of their houses and properties in addition to attacking armed forces and security men and destruction of public and private properties.

The source indicated that security apparatuses were completing their investigations with the rest of the accused of those elements in preparation to sending their dossiers to the general prosecution before sending them to court to get their just and deterrent punishment for the crimes they had committed and terrorist and sabotage acts.
