Almotamar Net - An official military source in Yemen has said Wednesday that tens of elements of terror and rebellion have on Tuesday been killed or wounded in separate confrontations with military and security units. The confrontations caused by attempts of these elements groups to infiltrate for attacking military positions and carrying out aggressions on citizens in the area of Harf Sufyan and some areas in Saada province.

Almotamar.net - An official military source in Yemen has said Wednesday that tens of elements of terror and rebellion have on Tuesday been killed or wounded in separate confrontations with military and security units. The confrontations caused by attempts of these elements groups to infiltrate for attacking military positions and carrying out aggressions on citizens in the area of Harf Sufyan and some areas in Saada province.

The source said 28 terrorists were killed and destruction of their weapons during the terrorists attempt to infiltrate into the area of Al-Uqab. Also, groups of terrorists were attacked in areas of Al-Malahidh, Al-Hasama, Al-Jaraeb Valley and inflicting on them heavy losses in addition to burning a number of their cars.

The source also said that military and security units repelled an infiltration attempt by terrorist elements in the north-west of Al-Manzala, Al-Jarahia and Al-Maarasa village and inflicted on them heavy losses in men and equipment and their fire sources were silenced. There was also confrontation with attempts of infiltration to military positions in Al-Zala and Red Height and Dhaka Height.

The source indicated that an engineering unit discovered 16 landmines in a combing operation to the west of Jarman station on the road of Saada �Ayn and were defused in addition to finding a quantity of rocket projectiles.

On the other hand a security source in the city of Saada said 11 of the elements of terror were arrested as part of a cell that was planning to carry out criminal acts and attacks on citizens.
