Almotamar Net - Official spokesman for the Yemeni government, the Minister of Information Hassan al-Lawzi has emphasized on Tuesday that the Yemeni armed forces are heading for deciding the confrontations in Saada province and the area of Harf Sufyan to end the sedition of destruction and terror and eliminate it for good. He clarified that the armed forces are taking studied steps and the result o the final decisiveness of these confrontations would come soon.

Almotamar.net - Official spokesman for the Yemeni government, the Minister of Information Hassan al-Lawzi has emphasized on Tuesday that the Yemeni armed forces are heading for deciding the confrontations in Saada province and the area of Harf Sufyan to end the sedition of destruction and terror and eliminate it for good. He clarified that the armed forces are taking studied steps and the result o the final decisiveness of these confrontations would come soon.

The spokesman said the near ending of the confrontations is becoming certain through the armed forces laying siege to this group and preventing access of supplies to it.

In his weekly press conference al-Lawzi considered the mechanism followed by the armed forces would guarantee reaching an end to this sedition without losses in lives.

The minister pointed out directives of the President of the republic in this regard concerning the keenness on lives of the citizens as he considers those involved with the gangs of rebellion and terror as deceived elements in thought and finance as well as addiction on drugs and that necessitates acting in mercy with them.

The government spokesman mentioned that confrontations would take its time until the arrest of the rebels and their leaders and to send them to court to get their deterrent punishment.

Al-Lawzi pointed to the criminal acts perpetrated by the gangs of destruction against the innocent citizens, taking them as human shields and targets for carrying out attacks and taking the province's inhabitants houses as barricades. The rebels would severely punish anyone standing in their way with the aim of creating more horror among them.

The spokesman said thee Saada province has a difficult geographic nature and dictate on the army to deal wit it according to plans needed by the situations there especially that Saada is spacious with more than 4 thousand villages in 15 districts in addition to the mountains used by the elements of sabotage as places for hit and run.

On the delay of the visit of the Iranian foreign minister to Yemen the spokesman affirmed the visit was postponed and that the activities of the state with Iran are of multi aspects and connected with bilateral relations.

Regarding the dialogue approach and whether the state is still clinging to it al-Lawzi stressed the state's sticking to this approach. He said the dialogue is an essential principle in the pursuit of President Ali Abdullah Saleh and the political policy of the government and it is based on the national and constitutional constants and the aims that have been agreed on in November between the political parties represented in the legislative power.
