Almotamar.net - SANAA- Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) foreign ministers are to hold their 100th session in the city of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia on Tuesday under chairmanship o f the United Arab Emirates that presently chairs the GCC Higher Council.

The GCC secretary general Abdulrahman bin Hamad al-Attiyah said the meeting will review negotiations with states and economic groups for the preparation to the donors conference on supporting development projects and infrastructures in Yemen. The conference is scheduled to be held in London on 15-16 of next November. In addition, the ministers will be acquainted with visions of the consultancy body regarding the economic citizenship and its roe in deepening the Gulf citizenship as well as visions of the body regarding the importance of economic partnership in supporting the GCC countries with the neighboring states.
Al-Attiyah also said the session will deal many topics that enhance and support the march of the GCC joint action in political, military, security economic and legal affairs I addition to affairs of the human and environment. He also indicated that the meeting will review current political issues, mainly the Israeli aggression on Lebanon, developments in the occupied Palestinian territories and the issue of Iran�s occupation of the three Emirates islands and the relations with Iran. The GCC secretary general said in a press statement that the present session has special importance due to deve3lopments in the region that necessitate consultation and coordination about them.
