Almotamar.net - Interior Undersecretary General Mohammed Bin Abdullah al-Qawsi on Friday morning escaped an attempted assassination committed in Saada by Houthi terrorist elements while a soldier mat his martyrdom in with Houthis shots.

In a statement to Almotamar.net General al-Qawsi said his car came under intensive fire shots in an attempt to assassinate him by Houthi sabotage elements during his inspection visit of armed forces and security men.

In Al-Uqab area a soldier was killed and others wounded by Houthi rebels fire there, in a first result of al-Houthi attacks on army and security men despite commitment of the army and the security to decision of ceasefire since the midnight of Wednesday.
