Almotamar.net - The parties of the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) in Yemen have on Saturday welcomed decision of the President of the republic of stopping military operations in Sufyan and Sadda axes.

The parties of the NDA attributed the decision as to proceeding from the President�s humanitarian, ethical and religious duty, who crowned it with forming field committees to implement this decision, and that confirms the state�s credibility of intentions and another evidence of the national responsibility he shoulders and of his realization of the danger of the stage the country is experiencing.

In their statement the parties said seeking arbitration of the logic of reason and the principle of dialogue with peaceful means is a sublime goal and therefore President Ali Abdullah Saleh dealt with these events and dangers against the homeland and its unity and the development and its significance as well as security and stability and requirements of the free and dignified life of the people and especially after al-Houthi and his followers commitment to the six points laid by the Higher Security Committee and the government.

The NDA parties have also stressed the necessity of preserving the national constants and considering encroaching of them as a high treason. The parties have also asked all political parties and civil society organisations in Yemen to overstep the differences and to resort to dialogue and committing to it in service of the general interest.
