Almotamar.net - Assistant Secretary General at the General People�s Congress (GPC) for Information Sector Dr Ahmed Ubeid Bin Daghr had on Monday reaffirmed the GPC�s keenness on dialogue with all political forces under the ceiling of the republic, unity and democracy and according to February 2009 agreement .

In an interview to Yamania Channel, Bin Daghr accused the parties of the Joint Meeting Parties (GPC) of impeding the dialogue with the GPC under excuse of preparing the political climate represented, in their point of view, by stopping the war in Saada, which it is known that the cause of its eruption had been the Houthi rebels and not the state.

Dr Bin Daghr added that putting conditions on the dialogue and not rather to reaching it has something of injustice and inaccurate consideration of the situations.

He said, �Any political reform must begin with the constitution and without that there would be no legal or political or economic reform. �

He has affirmed that there are time periods for holding the elections and preparation for it as well as for registering the voters. No one has the right to any party to postpone them as that would be a violation of the constitution and the law as well as violating February agreement because the constitution and the law were not amended and consequently it is operative for all forces.
