By: almotamar.net - HAJJAH- Hundreds of thousands of people congregated Tuesday in Hawra'a Square of Hajjah city to attend the rally of the General People's Congress (GPC)'s presidential candidate, Ali Abdullah Saleh, and thousands others participated in another rally in Abs city.

In these two rallies, the people of Hajjah governorate expressed their absolute support for president Saleh to ensure a prosperous future and more achievements. Below is Saleh's speech delivered before hundreds of thousands of people.

Fellow people of Hajjah governorate,
Peace be upon you,
All�h says, (When the Earth is shaken to its (utmost) convulsion, And the Earth throws up her burdens (from within), And man cries (distressed); 'What is the matter with it?' On that Day will it declare its tidings: For that thy Lord will have given her inspiration.)
Fellow people,
I greet you and thank you for this huge pubic crowd. I do affirm this nice political motion is the motion of future, which is peaceful transfer of power, where people can express their views and select their rulers without others imposing on them.
The 20th of September will be a decisive day for people to vote for those in whom they put their confidence and who can express their aspirations, ensure security and stability.
We reciprocate for loyalty, people of Hajjah, you who offered the precious and valuable for the Revolution and Republic. We give you gratitude in return, and affirm that we have ordered the government to complete the electricity network in the districts where it is not complete. This will be done in the coming months.
Secondly, we affirm that Hajjah University is to be established, and both government and parliament should complete procedures necessary for establishing this university.
Hajjah is the governorate where noble men of al-Zaraneek and Âl al-Shaif and those who were beheaded by Imam Ahmed, died martyrs. We assure you that we will work towards solving youths' problems by distributing residential lands, support fishermen, as well as distribute agricultural lands to employ jobless workers.
Thank you for this crowd and loyalty. Together to the 20th of September, where people say their decisive word, yes for unification and democracy, but not for lying, fraud, and forging people's awareness; yes for the Revolution, Republic, Freedom, Democracy, Security, and Stability.
