Almotamar.net - Al-Safaa Company for Estate Development in Aden has begun survey works for building Al-Safaa Residential City in Kabota area in Al-Mansoura within the residential projects of the Free Zone in Aden.

Chairman of the board of directors of the company Abu Bakr al-Saqqaf clarified to Almotamar.net that the company has completed all plans and engineering designs and licenses and that the company is at the phase of field survey for building the residential city on an area estimated at 42 thousand square meters at a cost amounting to more than $25 million.

He pointed out that the project consists of 38 vertical buildings in addition to a number of services facilities such as parking lots, school, kindergarten and a mosque....etc. He added that the company has been keen to make the project complete and according to engineering plans and designs that took into consideration all the environmental and residential circumstances for building a unique city at a distinguished site.

Al-Saqqaf said the project would provide more than 2000 job opportunities for the youth during the 5-year construction period.
