By: almotamar.net - HADHRAMOUT- Some 100 prominent leaders of the Joint Meeting Parties (JMP) in Shebam, al-Qatn, and Tarim districts, Hadhramout governorate, announced Saturday their resignation from their parties, and joined the General People's Congress (GPC) of their own accord before launching the electoral rally for GPC's presidential candidate Ali Abdullah Saleh held Saturday in Seyoun city.
The leaders, on top of whom is the prominent leader Abdullah Awadh Balhasel, ascribed their resignation from the JMP to their resentment at the JMP's electoral speeches that don't confess to the achievements realized in the country.
These leaders, moreover, said before Saleh they have realized that the JMP's speeches aim to lead the country to an abyss. They referred to the achievements realized during the GPC's reign.
