Abu Ghanim emphasized the imp [ordnance of holding the elections in their date as they are a right to the people rather than to any party in the arena to postpone them or back down from them whatever the excuses were, calling the attention to the danger of the dubious movements by the parties of the JMP for exploding the situations within a frame of a scenario prepared outside the homeland and targeting the people and their democratic experience.

In a statement to Al-Mithaq newspaper Mahyoub indicated that the parties of the JMP demanded, as they did in the dialogue, different weak justifications and pretexts in an escape from the electoral right. He said if the JMP is ken on the democratic approach, its parties would not have escaped from the elections which are considered the sole path to attaining power.
