Almotamar Net - The Specialised first instance penal court in Yemen has Saturday held its third sitting for the trial of the defendants Hisham al-Muhaya and Talal al-Maswari who are among a terrorist cell  consisting of 10 defendants accused of their relationship with al-Qaeda organisation.

Almotamar.net - The Specialised first instance penal court in Yemen has Saturday held its third sitting for the trial of the defendants Hisham al-Muhaya and Talal al-Maswari who are among a terrorist cell consisting of 10 defendants accused of their relationship with al-Qaeda organisation.

In the session, chaired by Judge Muhsin Alwan, the prosecution member has read out statements of conclusion and the seized things and said they were seized in possession of the defendants, consisting of computers, explosives, phone SIM cards, wireless sets and forged official documents. He demanded giving them the fiercest punishments.

In their reply to quotation by the Judge on statements of accusation , the defendants al-Muhaya and al-Maswari said they would keep silent due to their not recognition of the legitimacy of the court.

Upon that the Judge Alwan decided to postpone the trial session to next Tuesday.
