Almotamar.net - The Specialized First Instance Penal Court in Yemen has held its fourth sitting Tuesday for the trial of 3 defendants accused of al-Qaeda affiliation, consisting of 10 terrorists connected to al-Qaeda organisation.

In the hearing session head of the prosecution Ali al-Samit read out minutes of statements of the two defendants Ahmed Mohammed Abdeh Taha and Abdulrahim Abdulrazzaq al-Ubaidi.

The two defendants kept silent, deeming the prosecution as illegitimate so the Judge of the trial Mushin Alwen decided postponement of the trial session until Saturday.

The Judge has also decided holding a session at the same date for the trial of the two defendants Mushour Ibrahim Mahour al-Ahdal and Hussein Saleh Abdullah Mahdi al-Tays who are accused of being members in the said cell.
