The meeting approved that the cabinet and bodies of the of the state should hold their periodic meetings at the evening time in the way the ministers and officials devout during the hours of the days of official days to work at heir offices to finish the administrative dealings and solve issues of the citizens and their problems.

The meeting has also approved that the Thursdays of each week to allotted to the field visits to projects and others provided it would not affect the official working hours of the officials in their institutions.
