Almotamar.net - An official source at the Yemeni government has on Thursday wondered about statements reported by some media outlets made by some officials abroad, describing them as reflecting ignorance on facts of reality in Yemen and lacking of balance and objectivity due to depending on wrong, misleading and biased information and aims to instigation. The source made it clear that those statements would increase instigation of the situations and encourage violence instead of sitting to the dialogue table.

The source said the demonstrations which the Yemeni Republic is witnessing are an expression of stances of supporters of the government and the opposition, and reflect richness of the real democratic practice and the freedoms the Yemeni society entertains of which the government is keen on it. He added that some of the frictions occurred between some of the demonstrators was a result of the presence of some that slipped into demonstrations to arouse sedition and deviate the democratic course from realizing the change via the ballot box and push matters to chaos that which does not serve Yemen , especially that there is there is no longer a justification for instigation, demonstration and fomenting after the initiative by the President of the Republic for reform and his call for dialogue to reach understanding and national accord on all the issues that concern Yemen.

The source has affirmed that the Yemeni government would remain sticking to the principle of dialogue, protection of democracy and the right of the citizens to expression of opinion and peaceful demonstration. The source called on the citizens not to follow those that try to destabilize security and stability and drag the country to atmospheres of violence and anarchy.
