By: Jamil al-Jadabi - TAIZ- Secretary-General of League of the Sons of Yemen party, known as Ray, Taiz branch announced Monday his leadership and members have joined the General People's Congress (GPC).
Ali Mohammed Barhan, Secretary-General of the League of the Sons of Yemen Party, said they found the GPC as their appropriate alternative. " We joined the GPC as we found it is characterized by moderation and accepting others. Great achievements have been realized during Ali Abdullah Saleh's reign, especially unification, multi-parties policy and freedom of expression," he noted during a festival held on the occasion of their joining the GPC.
