Almotamar.net has received a copy of the statistics showing the number of committees nationwide. Taiz governorate came first, where there are 3,237 subordinate committees with 9,711 voting boxes. Ibb governorate came second, where there are 2,828 subordinate committees and 8,484 voting boxes. Al-Hudeidah governorate includes 2,701 committees and 8,103 voting boxes.
Hajja governorate ranked four, with 2,075 committees and 6,225 voting boxes; followed by the Capital Secretariat which includes 2,135 committees and 6,405 voting boxes. In Dhamar governorate, there are 1,699 committees and 5,097 voting boxes. In Hadhramout governorate, there are 4,503 voting boxes distributed among 1,501 committees; while Sana�a governorate includes 4,455 voting boxes distributed among 1,458 committees.
Amran governorate includes 1,365 committees and 4,095 voting boxes, while Lahj governorate includes 1,072 committees with 3,216 voting boxes. There are 885 committees and 2,655 boxes in Sa�adah governorate; and 877 committees and 2,631 boxes in al-Baidha governorate. Al-Mahweet governorate includes 2,265 boxes distributed among 755 committees. Abyan governorate includes 718 committees with 2,154 boxes, while Shabwa includes 674 committees and 2,022 boxes.
There are 651 committees and 1953 boxes in al-Dhalei� governorate. Raima governorate includes 485 committees and 1,455 boxes. There are 459 committees and 1,377 boxes, and 412 committees with 1,236 boxes in al-Jawf and Marib respectively. Al-Mahra includes 194 committees and 582 voting boxes.
