By:Aidarous Norji - SANA'A- Brigadier General Ali Mohammed Salah, head of the main operation room at the Supreme Commission for Elections and Referendum (SCER), called on all citizens to be disciplined in the election campaign rallies so that they can avoid stampede incidents.

In a statement to almotamar.net, Salah affirmed security measures have been taken in accordance with an inclusive security plan for the September elections, with 89,000 soldiers and officers providing protection for 5,620 polling center nationwide.
He urged all citizens not to bear arms during the elections.
