Almotamar.net - SANAA-Deputy premier, the Minister of Interior announced Saturday that security apparatuses have arrested a 4-member cell of al-Qaeda organization that was planning to implement terrorist acts in Sana’a.

Interior Minister Dr Rashad Al-Alimi added in an ongoing press conference added that members of the cell were caught this morning in the city of Sana’a and they have relationship with the two terrorist attacks aimed at oil installations in Hadramout and Marib.
The minister has made it clear that the security members seized a large quantity of explosives and weapons that were in possession of the cell.
Al-Alimi did not rule out the existence of relationship between fomenting address of the opposition and the terrorist acts. He emphasized that the forces of terror will not be able to affect the progress of the elections.
