Minister of Social Affairs and Labor Amat Razzaq Hummad and senior expert at Silatech Anas Darwish reviewed here on Sunday the technical measures required to receive and hire Yemeni workers in Qatar's labor market.

Hummad and Darwish discussed means to involve the labor offices in Yemen in receiving application forms of those who wish to work in Qatar in accordance with clear agreements between the Ministry and labor offices in order to preserve workers' rights.

The Minister underscored that the Ministry has not given yet any office the right to receive applications.

For his part, the Silatech representative in Yemen Mohammed al-Maitami said that Silatech has sent a recruitment and training expert to Yemen to begin to receive Yemeni workers to be trained and sent to Qatar, according to the standards of determined by Silatech that will work in partnership with the Yemeni side and Qatari private sector institutions.
