Targeting the General People's Congress premises, the bomb was thrown into the premises' window but it hit the wall, said al-Qahm.
He added that the criminal laboratory and security apparatuses began investigations. "It is a terrorist act that aims to create unrest, and the place where the incident occurred is crowded with houses," al-Qahm noted.
Al-Qahm, moreover, didn�t rule out political motives are behind the incident.
