Almotamar Net -  An official source in the Supreme Security Committee has denied that some security centers and headquarters had fallen under the control of gunmen in the province of Hadramout.

 The source denied what was published by some media and websites of false allegations which claimed the abduction of five soldiers from the Special Security Forces by gunmen in the province.

An official source in the Supreme Security Committee has denied that some security centers and headquarters had fallen under the control of gunmen in the province of Hadramout.

The source denied what was published by some media and websites of false allegations which claimed the abduction of five soldiers from the Special Security Forces by gunmen in the province.

The source expressed his astonishment and regret at the deliberate attempt of some media to resort to provoking of the public opinion and disturbing the public tranquility by publishing such false news and allegations which only serve the malevolent actors on the country.

On Friday, a military source told Saba that terrorist gunmen attacked a checkpoint in Hadhramout province, killing an army officer and four soldiers and injuring two others.

The military source said that a number of the terrorists have been killed and wounded during the attack, adding their fellows were able to evacuate the bodies and wounded from the scene.
