almotamar.net - Ibb University Council approved Sunday the halt of study in different colleges for a week due to security reasons in the governorate.

The council formed a committee to communicate with the local authority and concerned political forces to withdraw their militants from near the university for it is an educational institution to the governorate's sons.

The Rector of Ibb University Abdulaziz al-Shuaibi said that the decision of the suspension is a precautionary measure aiming at keeping all the university's affiliates secure and for the protection of its facilities.
