By: Jamil al-Jadabi - SA'ADAH- The number of votes gained by the candidate of the General People's Congress (GPC), Ali Abdullah Saleh, increased up to 195,000, while the candidate of the Joint Meeting Parties (JMP) Faisal Bin Shamlan won 13,000 votes in Sa'adah governorate, according to the preliminary results.
As for the semifinal results of the local elections, sources in the vote-counting committees told almotamar.net that 12 GPC candidates and 3 independent candidates won in Sa'adah governorate.
