In one incident stone-throwing Palestinians pelted a coach carrying tourists. Israeli security personnel responded with tear gas and stun grenades. Skirmishes in other parts of the city have also broken out. Palestinians and the wider Arab World are protesting over Israeli construction work at Islam's third holiest site the compound which contains the Dome of the Roc and the al-Aqsa mosque. The exchanges followed Friday's violence at the holy site.
