The project covers the coast extending from Al-Makha in Taiz governorate to Shaqra in the governorate of Abyan. It includes 29 new observation centres and points organising traffic movement of ships along side the coastal stripe on the Red Sea, Gulf of Aden and the Arabian Sea.
