The ceremony was attended by Chief of the General Staff, Staff General Ahmed Ali al-Ashwal , the Minister of State Mayor of the capital Abdulrahman Mohammed al-Akwaa and the Minister of Youth and Sport Hamoud Mohammed Abad.
