The letter contained an ordinary monitoring of activities of the competing parties especially in such current circumstances of elections. In the letter which the Annas paper considered as an “intelligence document” there is a suggestion of a state of confusion experienced by the GPC with regard to the upcoming presidential and local elections and watching of activities of the Joint Meeting Parties (GPC) activities and its ways for running the elections.
