A statement by the Commission obtained by almotamar.net Sunday it said the sum would be allocated for the humanitarian assistance and for supporting humanitarian projects aimed at immediate improving of circumstances of the refugees in the sheltering camps especially after the growth n the waves of their migration to Yemen in the year 2008 as a result of the conflict going on in Somalia.
