In a statement to Abu Dhabi television last evening, al-Barakani said those who concede defeat options beforehand and lift up slogans of rigging while they have enough guarantees for fairness of the elections, want in fact to deform the image of Yemen and the democratic process that is enhanced with the presidential and local councils elections.
