Almotamar.net, Saba - Deputy Premier for Defense and Security Affairs and Minister of Local Administration Rashad al-Alimi met on Tuesday the British Chief of Staff Jock Stirrup.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed the bilateral cooperation between Yemen and the UK in the security and military fields and horizons to reinforce them, in addition to the special preparations for London meeting on Yemen which will be held on January 27.
Stirrup affirmed support of Britain for Yemen development process and security efforts to reinforce the country's capacities in fighting terrorism.
For his part, al-Alimi praised the Yemeni and UK relations and the aid Britain provides Yemen for its development and democratic process.
