Almotamar.net - The Higher Committee for tackling sequels of the sedition in Saada province and Harf Sufyan discussed in its meeting on Sunday, chaired by Prime Minister Dr Ali Mohammed Mujawar, directions and priorities reconstruction of what the sedition of sabotage and terror has left in the affected areas in various and development and services areas particularly the institutions of the state that came under destruction by the elements of destruction and terror.
The committee got acquainted with the executive matrix for reconstruction for the period of February –June 2009. all the ministries and concerned sides to reconsider the matrix in the light of the emerging variable due to the war of the latest sedition of sabotage and destruction in Saada and Harf Sufyan and to take into consideration re-determining the priorities to tackle consequences of the sedition in different sectors, provided that the report should be presented to the next meeting of the committee.
The meeting has also directed Saada governor and heads of districts in addition to the executive manager of Saada Reconstruction Fund to determine of all the damage and requirements of dealing with it in the districts of Saada and Harf Sufyan and present a report to the next meeting.
The meeting has earlier got informed on the preliminary indicators on the consequences of the sedition on the reality of local development in Saada province and Harf Sufyan. The meeting discussed the heavy damage inflicted on institutions of the local council, the executive apparatuses, the stolen and destroyed apparatuses and vehicles and equipment in addition to buildings and installations of services sectors such as schools, hospitals, health units and communications.etc in addition to the projects which were under construction in Saada and Harf Sufyan.
The committee also considered report of the general secretariat of the cabinet on lists of the services and development projects and programmes scheduled for Saada province in the public budget and the investment program for the year 2009.
