agreementsbetween Ministry of Oil and Minerals and Baron Energy Yemen Company Ltd.,Kilta Hi Advent Co. Ltd. and Yemen General
Corporation for Petroleum andGas to drill in block 6 in Shabwa.

It also approved an agreement between Korean national oil companies Samsung, Adesong Industrial Ltd., G.S Holding and the Yemeni Public Corporation for Petroleum and Gas to discover oil in block 16 in
Mahra governorate.

The cabinet assigned Minister of Oil and Minerals to have the two agreements inked and coordinate with State Minister for Parliament and Shura CouncilAffairs to complete constitutional procedures to ratify the two agreements.
