Almotamar Net - The meeting of the 33rd round for the conference of the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) decided next conference for the organization to be held in Yemen.
The March-conference, 2006 will be held with participation of more than forty agriculture ministers in the Middle East, Arab Peninsula and south of the far east.
Upon his arrival, the minister of Agriculture and Irrigation Hasan Umar Suwayd said that the meeting recently concluded in Rome also approved the agenda of the third millennium plan of fight against poverty in the third-world countries including Yemen.
In the meeting, the participants elected Mr Jacques Diouf as the executive director for the Organization.
