almotamar.net - SANAA-Yemen Justice Minister Dr Ghazi al-Aghbari is to leave on Thursday to Egypt leading a high- level judicial delegation for taking part in meetings of the 35th meeting of Arab Justice Ministers Council�s executive bureau in its 22nd session at the headquarters of the Arab League in Cairo on 27-30 November 2006. It also would take part in the ministerial symposium for the discussion of the UN Agreement on Fighting Corruption on 25-26 November 2006.

In a press release, a copy of which almotamar.net received, the justice minister made it clear that the meeting was scheduled to discuss many of subjects and topics related to issues of enhancing Arab and international cooperation in fighting terror, corruption, organized crime across national borders, the Arab agreement on money laundering in addition to the Arab agreement on computer crimes. The minister pointed out that the Arab Justice Ministers are also to discuss unifying Arab draft laws, particularly the Arab law unifying the judicial power and judicial inspection, Arab Commercial draft law and Arab draft law on electronic trade.
