Almotamar Net - SANAA- Minister of Social Affairs Dr. Amat Arrazaq Hummad disclosed amendments to child and juvenile rights, which are decided to be submitted to the Cabinet next week, with an aim to add to them punishments on violence against children, namely with regard to child trafficking. Almotamar.net- - SANA'A- Minister of Social Affairs Dr. Amat Arrazaq Hummad disclosed amendments to child and juvenile rights, which are decided to be submitted to the Cabinet next week, with an aim to add to them punishments on violence against children, namely with regard to child trafficking. Hummad told the Child Parliament members today that a loan program is underway to tackle economic problems that are behind child trafficking, street children and begging. The program will be approved next year. The minister also said there are other programs for qualifying these children. The Social Development Fund will offer conditional aid to the poor families, asking them to teach their children.
