Almotamar Net - President Ali Abdullah Saleh met here on Saturday with the US central forces commander John Abizeid.
The discussion focused on mutual cooperation relations, security and fighting terrorism.
They have discussed the cooperation on military training following the successful visit of president Saleh to America.
They have also reviewed talks held between president Saleh and US president Gorge W. Bush and US officials during the president's last visit to USA.They shed lights on the current situations in the area especially in Iraq, Somalia and the African Horn.
Abizeid praised the level of mutual cooperation between the two countries, mentioning to the important of continuing efforts to enhance the peace and security in the African horn.
He also spoke highly on the important role of Yemen and its support for security in the African Horn
