Almotamar.net- - SANA'A- The Hudeidah-based Prosecution of Appeals on Wednesday delivered an arraignment to Sheikh Sheib al-Fasheq by the Specialized Penal Court of Sana'a to investigate him over the case of Hamdan Dersi, who was detained and tortured at al-Fasheq's house, a source at the prosecution has said.
In a statement to almotatmer.net, the source stated that the prosecution has on Tuesday sent for al-Fasheq though al-Huseiniah security department, but he sent son Ibrahim, who is a member of the Parliament, instead.
Al-Hudeidah security department prepred a report on Dersi's torture case, depending on eyewitnesses, who stated Sheikh al-Fasheq had detained Dersi on 20 December this year and tortured him, and then released him at midnight, and asked him to leave the house without wearing his clothes.
