Almotamar Net - The Emirates Red Crescent medical team headed by Saleh al-Taee left Sana'a on Wednesday after a successful work visit to Yemen. During the visit, they discussed health and medical cooperation aspects between the two countries.
Al-Taee stated to Saba that the visit was successful and the first medical team carried out, in cooperation with Yemeni doctors, more that 150 successful eye surgical operations in addition to more than 2000 free medical checkups for Suqtara's inhabitants.
He added that that second medical team took part in malaria fighting campaign.
